CUSTOMER IN ALGERIA ORDERED 65 TONS CERAMIC FIBER BULK

Customer in Algeria ordered 65 tons ceramic fiber bulk

In November. 65 tons ceramic fiber bulk is packed for delivering to customer in  Algeria.

Ceramic fiber bulk, rock wool thermal insulation products and glass wool thermal insulation products have now become more and more concerned about thermal insulation materials. Various thermal insulation materials are used in households, industries, and commercial buildings, especially in crowded places. The requirements for fireproof and thermal insulation materials are even more stringent. Today Topower will take you to carefully analyze the differences and application scope of these three thermal insulation products.
1. Differences in production processes
Ceramic fiber bulk is a kind of fibrous light refractory material, the main components are Al2O3, SiO2, it is a kind of calcined and melted hard clay mainly composed of kaolin and coke gemstones, and is blown into fibers by high-pressure air injection or three-roller spinning. A pure inorganic fiber material.
Rock wool products are made of refined basalt as the main raw material, which is melted at high temperature and made into inorganic fibers by high-speed centrifugal equipment. Then special binder and dust-proof oil are added, and the felt is laid on the swing belt and the fiber arrangement structure is changed by special equipment. Lightweight thermal insulation material made by curing.
Glass wool is also an inorganic fiber. Natural ores such as quartz sand, limestone and dolomite are used as the main raw materials, and some chemical raw materials such as soda ash and borax are melted into glass. In the melted state, it is blown into floc-like fine fibers by means of external force blowing. Such gaps can be regarded as pores, therefore, glass wool can be regarded as a porous material with good thermal insulation and sound absorption properties.
2. Differences in product performance
Ceramic fiber bulk, rock wool and glass wool all have the advantages of low specific bulk density, low slag ball content, low thermal conductivity and good sound insulation effect.
Ceramic fiber cotton has more advantages in terms of long service life and high fiber toughness;
The thermal conductivity of ceramic fiber bulk is lower;
The use temperature of ceramic fiber cotton is the highest, above 1000 ℃, commonly used types 1050, 1260 and 1400.
The maximum use temperature of rock wool is about 600℃, while glass wool is only about 260℃.
3. Differences in product use
Glass wool – generally used for thermal insulation parts below 200°C, mostly used for thermal insulation of general buildings or low-temperature pipelines;
Rock wool is generally used for thermal insulation parts with a temperature of 500 °C, and is mostly used for thermal insulation of high-temperature heat pipes or power equipment;
Ceramic fiber bulk can be used for low temperature insulation at 200 °C, medium temperature insulation at 500 °C, and fire insulation at 1000 °C.
